Safe Sex and what you need to know.
Ruby Stevenson
Brooks
1-2pm
Safe Sex & Contraception will empower and inform you to make the best decision if you do decide to have sex. Have your questions answered and find out how to get access to free condoms discreetly, when you need them. We will explain the access to free condoms programme run by Come Correct, of which Baseline is a distributing member.
We will also have some community nurses attending who I hope will be able to answer my “Box of Myths”.
In Lewisham we have the 4th highest rate of teen pregnancy in London and we have a major health inequality: “Black teenage girls are 74% more likely to get pregnant that white teenage girls”
If you work with a secondary school or have any relationship with a youth centre or young adults please forward on and encourage attendance to this free session. Freebies will be handed out and it is all in an effort to empower young people so that they can have safe and healthy relationships and are as informed as possible.
