Lewisham Libraries now offering Digital Training Sessions

Lewisham Libraries are now offering Digital training sessions to support our Tablet Lending Pilot . The pilot is generously supported by the Major of London , one of the first of its kind in London, will test whether lending 4G enabled tablets through our libraries along with digital skills training, will help reduce the nearly one-in-ten digital exclusion rate in our borough.

In these sessions, Participants who have borrowed a tablet can bring their devices into a branch and our knowledgeable project volunteers will be able to guide them on how to use the tablets. They will learn more about the tablets' features and find interesting apps or sites that will help them enjoy their hobbies or develop their interests.

These sessions are primarily aimed at people participating in the pilot but other Lewisham residents can also bring their own devices in as well.
